KYC/AML Compliance
Our client due-diligence and anti-money-laundering policy.
Last updated: July 29, 2026
Commitment: Nezxu S.A.S. applies a know-your-customer (KYC) due-diligence process and anti-money-laundering / counter-terrorist-financing controls with every client before starting any project.
01 Introduction and commitment
Nezxu S.A.S. voluntarily adopts this Compliance Policy as part of its commitment to transparency, legality, and the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CTF). Although we are not a financial institution legally required to maintain an AML/CTF prevention system, we work with clients in the technology and financial sectors, and we consider this policy an essential corporate best practice.
02 Nature of Nezxu S.A.S.
Nezxu S.A.S. is a software development, automation and Artificial Intelligence, and IT consulting company that provides professional technology services to businesses and individuals.
All of our business relationships are governed by internal know-your-customer (KYC) diligence and anti-money-laundering / counter-terrorist-financing controls, and are invoiced and paid through formal, traceable channels.
03 Client due diligence (KYC)
Before starting a significant business relationship, Nezxu S.A.S. applies a basic know-your-client process that includes:
- Identifying the company or individual (legal or personal name, tax ID, legal representative when applicable).
- General verification of the client's economic activity and the nature of the requested project.
- Confirming that the project is not intended to facilitate illicit activities.
04 Anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing
As part of this policy, Nezxu S.A.S.:
- Prioritizes traceable banking payment methods; does not accept unverifiable cash payments for significant projects.
- Monitors reasonable red flags, such as clients who avoid identifying themselves, unjustified requests for anonymity, or projects with potentially illicit purposes.
- Reserves the right to reject or end a business relationship that poses a legal or reputational risk.
05 Restrictive and sanctions lists
When the nature or size of a project warrants it, Nezxu S.A.S. verifies that its clients and counterparties do not appear on national and international control lists (such as United Nations or OFAC sanctions lists) before formalizing the business relationship.
06 Red flags and refusal of engagements
Nezxu S.A.S. reserves the right to request additional information or decline a project when reasonable red flags are identified, including, among others: unjustified refusal to provide identification, inconsistencies between the stated activity and the requested project, or pressure to bypass basic verification controls.
07 Record keeping
Each client's contractual, due-diligence and invoicing documentation is retained for the period required by applicable Colombian commercial and accounting regulations (minimum five years), and may be made available to competent authorities when legally required.
08 Reporting channel and cooperation with authorities
Any concern about possible misuse of our services can be reported to info@nezxu.com. Nezxu S.A.S. will cooperate with Colombia's Unidad de Información y Análisis Financiero (UIAF), the Attorney General's Office, and other competent authorities when legally required.
09 Compliance partnerships
Nezxu S.A.S. maintains an operational alliance with CoreTech Support, a firm that provides ongoing post-launch technical support to our clients. Each partner operates under its own internal security and compliance policies.
10 Review and updates to this policy
This Compliance Policy is reviewed periodically to keep it aligned with the evolving Colombian regulatory framework and industry best practices. The version in force is always the one published on this site, with its last-updated date.
